MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Milligan (Tenn.) swept the SSAC M&W Bowler of the Week honors, with Nate Trentler being named SSAC Men’s Bowler of the Week and Emilee Horton being named SSAC Women’s Bowler of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday.
Nate Trentler (Milligan – SO – Phoenix, Md.)
- This is his third-career honor
- Trentler finished 6th at the Lynne Jordan Memorial
- He posted a 227 tournament average, with a single-game best of 242
Emilee Horton (Milligan – JR – Christiansburg, Va.)
- This is her first-career honor
- Bowled the first 300 in Milligan history and set a new program record with a 232.3 average at the Thomas Burris Memorial
- Also finished top 10 at the Lynne Jordan Memorial with a 217 scoring average
