MONTGOMERY, Ala. – William Carey swept the 2025-26 SSAC Commissioner’s Cups, presented by Zest Culinary Services. The Crusaders have won 10-straight All-Sports Commissioner’s Cups.
 
William Carey won 13 conference titles during 2025-26 between regular season and tournament titles. Life finished second in the all-sports and men’s standings, keyed by championships in men’s indoor and outdoor track & field and men’s soccer. UT Southern grabbed a third-place finish keyed by six top-three placements during the season.
 
About The Award

• The scoring formula evaluates the percentage of potential points earned by each institution in the sports it sponsors, and bonus points are given for sports sponsored and conference tournament titles won
• For sports that have standings, the final regular season standings are used and then a team gets a bonus point for winning the tournament 
• For sports that do not have regular season standings, like golf, cross country, etc., the finish at the championship is used
