MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Below are the Southern States Athletic Conference Men’s Indoor Track & Field Athletes to Watch for the 2025-26 season.
The 2026 SSAC Men’s Indoor Track & Field Championship takes place Feb. 20-21 in Gainesville, Fla.
Brewton-Parker Christian

Track Athlete
Sean Williams
JR, Toney, Ala., Sparkman High School
- Part of the 2024 freshman squad that captured 3rd place in SSAC Championship and stunned the conference.
- Battled some injuries last year but expected to make a comeback in the long sprints this season.

Field Athlete
Hollis Morton
JR, Atlanta, Ga.
- 2025 High Jump indoor national qualifier, 2025 SSAC Outdoor High Jump Champion
- Returning member of All-American 4x100 team
Life

Track Athlete
Samuel Piquant
JR, McDonough, Ga.
- Sam is a sprinter who scored valuable points that helped Life win the team title at last year’s SSAC Outdoor Championships. He is majoring in Exercise Science.
- In addition to being a hardworking athlete on the track, and in the classroom, Sam is also a resident advisor for Life’s undergraduate dorm.

Winston Sanders
JR, Phoenix, Ariz.
- Winston narrowly missed Nationals last year, but is on point to score points nationally this year. He is an Exercise Science major and you can always find him smiling.
- Fun fact about Winston – he loves to dance.
Loyola

Caleb Curry
SO, Sprints/Hurdles/Jumps, Kenner, La.
- Caleb is the hardest-working athlete on our team and is still just scratching at the surface of his potential despite already being one of the top 400m hurdlers in the NAIA.
- Already a nationals qualifier in the indoor 600m run in 2026, Caleb is a strong team leader and should once again be a cornerstone to the 4x400 relay team that qualified for nationals for the first time in school history last spring.

SR, Throws, Lafayette, La.
- Richard has developed into the best all-around thrower in Loyola school history and has scored in the SSAC in the discus, hammer and shot put. He is a team leader and a stellar student. - -
- Richard is driven to be a podium finisher this year as a senior and hopes to add to his already held three-school records (WT, Discus, Hammer).

- NAIA All-American in the 400m Indoor 2025, All American in the 4x4 Indoor 2024 and Outdoor.
- Qualified for the 600m for Indoor. He’s also a conference champion in 400 meter hurdles and 400 meters.
