MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Jamie Barry of William Carey was named NAIA Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week, the national office announced.
The award is based on performance for the week of Oct. 13-19.
Jamie Barry (William Carey – SR – GK – Dublin, Ireland)
- This is his second national honor this season
- Barry went 1-0-1 in goal with nine saves and only one goal allowed
- He made seven stops in a 2-1 win over No. 12 Life and stopped a pair of shots in a scoreless tie v. No. 10 Dalton State
