MONTGOMERY, Ala. – One week of SSAC men’s soccer regular season action remains, with teams vying for postseason positioning ahead of the 2025 SSAC Men’s Soccer Championship.

The top eight teams qualify for postseason play, with the opening round set to take place at campus sites Thursday, Oct. 30 – Saturday, Nov. 1. The semifinals and finals will take place at the Emory Folmar YMCA Soccer Complex in Montgomery, Ala. Nov. 6 and 8.
Regular Season Champion
William Carey can claim the title and No. 1 seed with wins in their final two games, or with one win and a tie or loss by Life in their final contest. WCU owns the head-to-head tiebreaker with Life.

The top six teams in the below standings have secured a spot, while Thomas (9 points), Blue Mountain (7 points) and Point (6 points) are fighting for the final two spots. Thomas is finished, while BMCU faces UT Southern and Point hosts Mobile and William Carey.
No. 3 and 4 Seeds
Faulkner (14 points), Dalton State (13 points), UT Southern (11 points) and Mobile (10 points) all have a chance to grab one of these seeds and host a first round contest. Currently, Mobile is 1-0-1 against the group, Faulkner is 0-0-2, UT Southern is 1-1-1 and Dalton State is 0-1-2. Current goal differential is Faulkner +6, Dalton State +5, UT Southern +3 and Mobile +3.
