MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Southern States Athletic Conference softball teams will begin conference play this week with nine SSAC doubleheaders scheduled throughout the week. 
 
All nine teams will qualify for the 2026 SSAC Softball Championship, presented by Buffalo Wild Wings, April 30 – May 2 at Wilson Morgan Softball Complex in Decatur, Ala.
