MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Day one of the 2025 SSAC Volleyball Championship concluded with No. 1 Mobile and No. 2 Loyola sitting as the lone unbeaten teams. 
Friday will finish pool play and then feature the semifinals at 5:30 p.m. CST. Mobile and Loyola have both wrapped up the top seed in their respective pools since they own head-to-head tiebreakers against either team that could potentially match them. Friday’s 1:30 matches between Blue Mountain and UT Southern and William Carey and Point will determine the second team from each pool. 
 
Pool A: #1 Mobile (2-0), #4 Blue Mountain (1-1), #5 UT Southern (1-1), #8 Faulkner (0-2)
Pool B: #2 Loyola (2-0), #3 William Carey (1-1), #6 Point (1-1), #7 Life (0-2)
