MONTGOMERY, Ala. – William Carey was the unanimous choice to repeat in the 2026 SSAC Men’s Tennis Coaches’ Preseason Poll.  
 
The 2026 SSAC Men’s Tennis Championship is set for April 16-18 at the Mobile Tennis Center in Mobile, Ala. 
 
William Carey earned the SSAC Regular Season and Tournament Championships last season.
 
Marc Lux, Head Coach: “We had a strong fall season with several tournament wins, and our doubles team reached the semifinals at the National Championships. We’ve added quality and experience to our roster, and with the depth we have, we’re confident in our ability to compete. The league is strong, and we’ll need to stay focused and healthy — but we’re excited for the challenges that await this spring.”
