Coaching philosophy: Hard work and dedications equals success

Most rewarding moment as a coach: Winning the 1996 NCA College Nationals Division 1 Championships and placing 2nd behind the University Of Louisville

How did you get started in your sport: I was the first male cheerleader at my high school in 1983 (East Gaston High School - Mount Holly, NC)

Must-have quality of your athletes: Drive

Who is someone that has inspired you? My college coach Gwen Holtsclaw

If you could change one rule about your sport, what would it be? I wouldn't change anything

If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would buy? Pay off student loans

Ideal way to spend a weekend in the offseason: Spending time with my friends and my dogs

What is something on your bucket list? To live life with fewer regrets

Hobby that most people don't know you have: I enjoying going on cruises
