MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The SSAC announced the 2025 Barnes & Noble College Softball Scholar-Athlete Team and Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
Faulkner’s Chloe Davidson was named 2025 Barnes & Noble College Softball Scholar-Athlete of the Year. The senior health sciences major posted a 3.96 GPA. On the field, she earned SSAC Player of the Year honors after batting .480 and posting a .530 on-base percentage, with 71 hits, 51 runs scored and 14 steals.

- Robertson leads with a 4.0 GPA, while Hornsby (3.95), Terrell (3.96) and Harell (3.92) are all better than 3.9
- Wright, Harrell, Becker, Terrell, Eason and Hornsby all earned First-Team All-Conference honors
- To be eligible, student-athletes must be a sophomore or above in both academic and athletic standing, must be starters or important reserves, have at least a 3.3 cumulative GPA and have competed in 50% of competitions
- Graduate students are not eligible, and transfers must have completed one semester at the school
