MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The SSAC announced the 2025 SSAC Men’s Soccer Players of the Week, presented by WinWon. Santiago Molina of William Carey was named SSAC Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week and Bernardo Manzano of Dalton State was named SSAC Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week. The awards are for the week of Oct. 27 – Nov. 2.
Offensive: Santiago Molina (William Carey – SO – FWD – Estella-Lizarra, Spain)
- This is his second honor this season
- Molina had a hand in all four WCU goals in a 4-1 win over Thomas in the first round of the SSAC Men’s Soccer Championship
- He scored twice and added a pair of assists
Defensive: Bernardo Manzano (Dalton State – JR – GK – Palmas, Brazil)
- This is his first-career honor
- Manzano delivered a three-save shutout in the first round of the SSAC Men’s Soccer Championship
- The Roadrunners beat UT Southern 1-0 in overtime
