MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The SSAC announced the 2026 SSAC Women’s Soccer Players of the Week. Gabriela Munoz of Brewton-Parker Christian was named SSAC Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week and Kloe Ernst of Mobile was named SSAC Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.
Offensive: Gabriela Munoz (Brewton-Parker Christian – FR – FWD – Bogota, Columbia)
- This is her first-career weekly honor
- Munoz scored four goals in a 1-1 week for the Barons
- She tallied a hat trick in a win over Toccoa Falls
Defensive: Kloe Ernst (Mobile – SO – GK – Lillian, Ala.)
- This is her first-career weekly honor
- Ernst delivered eight saves in a 3-2 victory over 18th-ranked Georgia Gwinnett
- The sophomore had some key saves on point-blank efforts
