MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Southern States Athletic Conference announced the 30 student-athletes that will serve on the 2026-27 SSAC Student Leadership Council.
 
Each of the 15 member institutions designated two representatives to serve on the council. Mobile’s Bethany Dean and Blue Mountain Christian’s Jonah Barnhardt will serve as officers, while Faulkner’s Creed Spivey is the SSAC’s NAIA ASA representative.
 
The council will provide a collective voice of student-athletes to the conference office and administration of the member schools.
