MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Ben McFadden of Dalton State was named NAIA Men’s Golfer of the Week, the national office announced.
The award is based on performance for the week of Oct. 6-11.
Ben McFadden (Dalton State – SO – London, England)
- McFadden shot 11-under 133 (65, 68) to take home individual medalist honors
- He helped Dalton State to the team title, besting No. 1 Lindsey Wilson, No. 9 Indiana Wesleyan, No. 21 Point and No. 25 Northwestern Ohio
- The sophomore won by five strokes and led the field in par 4 scoring
